One thing we learn in parenthood, is that those days are LONG but those years are short. Painfully short. And your days together, matter. They may even matter the most. These are times and moments in life that we will never ever get back Try as we might to remember every detail, it goes too fast.
My newborn lifestyle sessions are done in the comfort of your own home. There is something so special about benign your most favorite place, with your most favorite people. The goal is love and what better way to do the than to be in your created space.
Or if you'd like, we can take it outdoors! These are just as exciting as an indoor session, and I love them all the same. The love doesn't change if you're inside or out. It opens up time for you and your family to get some time outside, and if you have any other littles, it gives them a chance to run free and do their thing!
There are so many things that in the moment, we're sure we're going to remember them forever. How could we not? These are our babies after all. But life happens, and it happens fast. Suddenly we don't remember when our sweet babes stopped doing that thing we loved so much. Or we cant remember the last time they made those sweet little sounds as they nursed. Those first days go by too fast, and it's u.n.f.a.i.r.
Take a day, in one of those first two weeks in the first month or your life together and I'll be there, we'll hang out and I'll freeze time for you.
NEWBORN SESSIONS ARE BEST SCHEDULED
WITHIN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF BIRTH.
This is the ideal timeframe.
The first two weeks that brand new babe is going to be nice and soft, super squishy and sleepy, which makes it a whole lot easier for photos.
Especially those yawning photos.
Swoon.
HOWEVER, as life goes, not all things work out as planned.
and thats okay too. Trust me, I get it.
I will photograph newborns up to 4 weeks!
So don't worry, theres wiggle room, friends ;)
